me being fuck up!

this is my 2nd attempt, the keyboard on my laptop have been screw up like forever, I haven't been really pouring my heart and soul to writing since early this year, been wasting my time like i nothing afford to lose, the fact that i keep telling my self to buck up have been in vain as long as i remembered, i saw status update on facebook, everyone is moving forward and I, still here doing what I do best, wasting time, doing nonsense. i suppose to have a career now, infact people around me have been upgraded social status, monetary, even happy.

to be honest i have lost all my happiness in 2011, the person who i love have leave due to me insensitivity and my selfishness and foolishness, who am i to blame, none other than me, academically i have fallen out of class, character still pretty much the same, i have never surrender to defeat this easy despite my ego, after full 2 years of continuous battering my mental strength, i finally felt why some people rather jump and end their live, i used to think of doing that but i didn't the fact that i scare and enough of disapointing my parents, i rather work myself up.

all say and nothing have been done so far make me feel really fuck up. i feel pretty much lost, mentally and physically, i no longer able to debate as good as i used to be, i no longer have the vocal to mentor others, i didn't potray what quality i used to possesed i felt really laid back and couldn't care what ever the world is going on, as long as life goes on, i know im making the whole situation from bad to worst, but how can survive these whole ordeal, or how am i suppose to kick start the whole thing, i have been listening to advices, scolding but i choose to ignore, right now i need support, i need something. something i don't even know that can help me.

i wan to help me self. but im in vain.. i believe is because i keep giving myself excuses and these excuses to be rid of pretty much now.

This Blog got dusty over time, off late there is not really much stuff to update on myself.. got very busy with studies and to be honest hanging with friends, got to know a bunch of really cool fellas from campus, although im new in their circle of friends really feel comfortable and welcome.

The blog starts when I first enter Taylor's there n then, i was just a newly, not much educated, barely expose to the outside world, there is also place where i learn and grow, overtime i become so much older in my thoughts than others. there is also when me got to know the best among friends which now and go on with their own life, and walk their way... although my stay there wasn't long enough to scar a unforgettable memories. deep down.. im glad that those friends who guide me to what i am today.

Life have been through lots of changes, my hommies are still there for me, they are the true friends, never left out, never feel alone, truth is, i knew most of them through this childhood friend of mine, till today we're best-est buddies..

My dearest girl friend, she have really change my life, all my dreams and how I behave, My way of thinking have been totally modded by her. ever since we been together which almost 8 years now. been up and down, break and be together, altogether have teach me the greatest lesson in my life, sincerely i dunno how to thank her for being there for me, she never really throw tantrum on me, she never forbid me from doing things i like.. don't even want to restrict me.. whereas Im the one who cost so much trouble, and being immature all the time, where I should behave better. Deep down I really regret for all the bad deed i did to her... I don't even dare to say I can be at least on par with her... The amount of love she showered me.. only God knows how he treat me... I hope God give me chance to treat her well, take care of her till I breath the last air on earth. I Love You Dear.

Paintball...

To all out there.. my blog got dusty over time and since Im addicted to paintball... most of my time dedicated to my study and paintball.. infact it is my second life..

My paintball days start approximately 4 weeks back when Justin ( Captain Of Hellfire Buccaneers) invited all of us to give a shot on the game that I have been desire to put my hand into my whole life and thinking of how luxurious it can be.. make me dream to pursue it in vain.. Justin eventually have urge all to go..

As far as my first game concern... Basically it was pretty sick... For a very long time in my life.. I haven't so addicted to anything and this has make me a paintball addict.. for almost the entire semester break I have been spending my time either watching paintball clips on youtube or study every single thing in paintball... since then I have been addicted to marker and all other paintball accesories.. I consider myself lucky as my parents supported me to play this game and for me to show them the bruises I got from the game is obvious motivation for me to go on..

The passion grows and bunch of us addict have went to propaintball and have a visit and Flashpoint have been our play ground since then... the addiction went as far as forming a team called Hellfire Buccaneers to establish ourself and at the same time show we are serious into this sport and hopefully we can go on and on...

We are participating in Flashpoint Paintball Challenge that going to be held next week and hopefully our performance will amaze others as we are what we called noobies and we gonna create a legendary performance that all of us.. live by

last but not least... everyone of u out there who wanted to have a look what is paintball is all about can always contact me or anyone you know who is in the game to find out the thrill...

is all about teamwork.... and for me is the fun of being together and spend the time talking paintball make me feel like living.. who have lost a life can probably live it... by paintballing...

it has been sweet 7 yrs of journey...been through all the sun and rain and still going strong...despite all the differences, we made a bond through it, our life have never been so eventful ever since...

this post is dedicated to only girl that made me what i am today, each day im improving myself to be the best i could be, without her there is not even a single purpose of survival, the reason i start up a blog is also solely inspired by the love we both cherish...

Honestly, it is not possible i could surrender my body and soul to a person relatively i knew for just a short period of time, however this girl have taken all my life with her ever since the first day i saw her... she is the most unique in her way, in her style, and i like the most is the attitude... i wouldn't fall for her if she is just ordinary the next door girl...

she born with a heart of tiger and think as wise and clear all the time, I am always be grateful for the love she showered me all along... being in totally different family background have also taught me to be more courteous and more caring towards feeling, the sensitivity and also the tolerance i learned have equipped me all the time..

she is the best person to talk to..and the advice certainly useful...

there always the moment of when we fall, and we get up again, never gave up on each other and always think positively for the sake of each other.

reflecting irony of life

decent amount of time have been dedicated both towards study and also towards soul search, building relationship with family members and also towards the love one.... not forgetting friends I suppose...

being in a relationship never a stop for me to pursue academic excellent and also mingle around with my buddies, despite being close to each other, everyone of us eventually have our own agenda to complete by the end of the day, despite all the ambition and criticism, some change through time some remain the same for entire time, i suppose as a friend giving advice is definitely a certainty but what if the advice fall on the deaf ears? what can i do most is being ignorant despite all the changes i wanted all for good. comparing them to me as a yardstick to measure my competency to judge or perhaps giving honest opinion have often upset me... earlier i posted a post as regard to my friend and all the ranting if i suppose to say now each and every of my prediction have been one by one proven correct by my fellow friend without taking much time.

as for now..i looking forward to wish them all the best in life, no matter where u are, who u are, i am always available, of cause im not the best role model you can find around with various of bad habits that i exhibits all this while, i hope we can still be best we were.. what a good old days..

here...im proudly to announce my 7th anniversary on 30th July 2009... it have been 7 amazing years of my life... really great to have you in my life.. i love you <3

this whole 4 days have been a mess, it started with thursday, cause friday is fucking holiday, i tot can spend sometime to study which actually, i start to feel abit sick decided to go clinic and use my insurance card for the very first time, i go home with medicine, i feel so obligated to eat the medicine on time, so days go on...the next thing i know....its already in middle of the nite...where my dear is reaching malacca...i feel so useless when i can barely talk to her, due to the cause of the medicine...i think the cough syrup really get me high.... wanted to see so badly.....

it was labour day, where i suppose to study, end up lying on my bed again.....

saturday.... again....god i need to study....

the only time i feel better is 3pm today..which is sunday....
gawd...wtf....

during the days i went out with my dear...although im slow and stoned at some time...i think she is ok with it...:P

sometimes, it just so frustrated to feel old, and not in the best shape of life...
i miss the day when, we are actually kicking others asses and don't even feel tired to execute desired move... compare to what have become now...it really sucks....

saw many nice blog online these days...eventually everyone got to have a small blogging habit, i used to remember blogging is not something so common like this... even blogging have got me worn out, remembering i encourage few of my entourage to blog, and through blog we get connected...
well, as i see on the right side of my blog, most of the dead blog belongs to us... count me in this time...

being lazy and plainly lazy have build to boundaries for me to blog, even to type have my heart pumping none stop... heartbeat part is not cause by any explicit excitement... just being tired... wish to be fit again...1 thing for sure..i start attenting my 8am class....lol....

these weeks have been very for us....
have a good presentation and no doubt a not very good one...

feel relief after many weeks of hard work preparation..
i will like to dedicate thousands of round applause for my team mate, who have initiative to cohenrently working together with me and also tommorow is my drama presentation...
we really have fun...i felt seriously, i couldn't care less about the drama since i seen everyone working their ass off for the god damm drama....

i dun really know wat i grumbling also but......
thanks for the support and care..

and also a very deepest appologize who indirectly traumatise by the presentation or drama...and also to my team who have been torture through out these sem...

there is more to come and hopefully we gonna do well and emerge to be the best of the best..

conflict of interest

believe it or not, these few weeks have been the hardest for me in my education life, 5 presentation, 12 assignment to be due soon.... a big headache, just came back from a exercise routine to ease my mind off it.. meanwhile, my girlfriend have also go through the same thing which make us hard to talk to each other.. everyone with the problem that can't be solve, i admit that i can't do anything for her... despite her being alone there, i devastated by finding a way to let her feel accompanied, however i failed too... seriously i don't know what im suppose to do, being numb for hours now and i remember blogspot... maybe people may like to shout their heart out as for me, writing make thing more suave, i feel easy typing my heart out, listened to song, just because im introvert only for my personal affair doesn't mean i don't crap....now im crapping...

there is once i even thought of, why am i being myself today, despite being more knowledgeable, no longer that naive, I found myself in between of something I don't really for, and hypocrite, i just maybe want to be myself.. or maybe assignment drove me crazy...I have 3 presentation next week... wish me luck...

this cny have been great so far.... Happy Chinese New Year to all....

this cny have been particularly special cause i received the biggest amount of ang pao from my dad..thanks...got scolding few days later...due to self negligence..and today i manage to talk to him again about the fuck up Ipoh-mali drama... exchanging a words or 2....

again aaron went to kl d..kar wai started his college day again, same goes to ming to UTM, donny going off later this march...Im all fucking alone in Malacca now.. study, exercise, sleep, study....repeat it untill i grad..

MMU change their syllabus big time...presentation and assignment has taken most of my time now..but im glad...at least we got changes...

heard alot of breakoff between bf and gf including quarel, fight and lot of bollywood drama...
so far im doin great with my dear...no fight no quarel.... jus breathing the love in the air....

i got my result that i can be happy with... and valentine is coming but i sort everything out pretty good...

Hello everyone, 2009 is already 3 days past. Have all of you already forecast what will going to happen and what is your preparation for it? There are many peoples like to wait for the last day of the year then start to think out what is going to do. As for me I haven't have a thought it till today.as new year approach i believe everyone will be no time to think anymore but only to celebrate the new year's coming.

Take out a pen and a piece of paper and write down all possibilities what will happen next year and what you are going to do the whole year.

If today you are an economist, what is your finding for this year's analysis and what is your prediction for 2009 economy? Which months will be bull or bear market appear? The overall investors will looking at what kind of commodities to trade ? Is it an good investment for foreign currency? Gold ? Share ? Property? etc...

If you are a Government servant? What kind of ideas you need to bring up to benefit for the society? What kind of policy need to adjust to suit the peoples' s demand and wants? All the planning need to start from now, not wait for the day of general election or when people don't confident to the government.

I disappear for quite sometimes from boloksphere... to be exact is near to a months or so...

The festival of lights- Diwali is celebrated in October/November. Diwali marks the victory of Rama over Ravana and also commemorates Krishna’s destruction of the demon Narakasuran.

In Malaysia, Diwali is known as "Hari Deepavali," and is celebrated during the seventh month of the Hindu solar calendar. It is a federal public holiday throughout Malaysia. In many respects it resembles the traditions followed in the Indian subcontinent. 'Open houses' are held where Hindu Malaysians welcome fellow Malaysians of different races and religions to their house for a sumptious meal. 'Open house' or 'rumah terbuka' is a practice very much unique to Malaysia and shows the goodwill and friendly ties practised by all Malaysians during any festive occasion.

Eventually this day is synonym to food festival cause usual our stomach will crack with stretch mark all over during this day, with the delicious food being serve, is just so tempting and end up eating more and more and more...

Love is just too abstract to be define as we grow older, we manage our love life better, is about the bonding and the trust and care build from time to time, able to tolerate and think in broader sense..

As for me, it is paramount that you and your lover share a common idea of what the meaning of love really is. If you and your significant other define the meaning of love differently, you’ll approach your romantic relationship and affection differently, and hurt feelings could be the result. If you haven’t yet, make sure you sit down with your sweetheart and ask them what the true meaning of love is to them. So, what is the definition or the true meaning of love? As you can probably figure out, love has a different meaning for everyone! Just make sure that your lover understands and appreciates your personal definition of love, and that you equally respect the meaning of love to them. Lets us all celebrate this festivity with an open heart, and thankful as we were blessed with good health and wealth.

How Malaysian actually celebrate??

In Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei, Eid is also commonly known as Hari Raya Aidilfitri or Hari Raya Puasa. Hari Raya literally means 'Day of Celebration' i.e. 'The Day'. Muslims in Malaysia and Singapore celebrate Eid like other Muslims throughout the world. It is the biggest holiday in Malaysia and is the most awaited one. Shopping malls and bazaars are filled with people days ahead of Hari Raya, causing a distinctive festive atmosphere throughout the country. Many banks, government and private offices are closed for this holiday, which usually lasts a week.

The night before Eid is with the takbir which is held in the mosques or musallas. In many parts of Malaysia, especially in rural areas, pelita or panjut (oil lamps) are lit up in house compounds. Eid also witnesses a huge migratory pattern of Muslims, from big metropolitan cities to rural areas. This is known as balik kampung — literally going back to home town to celebrate Eid with one's parents. Special dishes like ketupat, dodol, lemang (a type of glutinous rice cake cooked in bamboo) and other Malay delicacies are served during this day.

It is common to greet people with "Selamat Hari Raya" or "Salam Aidilfitri" which means "Happy Eid". Muslims also greet one another with "maaf zahir dan batin" which means "Forgive my physical and emotional (wrongdoings)", because Eid ul-Fitr is not only for celebrations but also the time for Muslims to cleanse their sins and strengthen their ties with relatives and friends.

It is customary for Malays to wear traditional Malay cultural outfit on the Eid. The outfit for men is called baju melayu which is worn together with kain samping (made out of songket) and songkok (a dark coloured headgear) while the women's are known as baju kurung and baju kebaya. It is also common to see non-Malay Muslims wear costumes of their culture.

Dota have become an instant addiction for our clan, and now we played till dawn everyday, everyone improve quite a bit including noobie like me and donny, he is quite talented using sniper..a quite cowardy hero inside the game dota.

and for the story cover up...

last saturday we played till 5 am and came out with a brilliant idea for dim sum session at Melaka Baru and therefore makan till 7 and during that time one of us suggest that we should go and have some useful activity after the early breakfast and thus, without thinking we pack our bag and headed to swim, however Tiara swimming pool is occupied and turn out to be Orna swimming pool we gonna conquer.

there goes orna swimming pool where i enjoy life for 2 fuckin hours in the water till whole body wrinkle and ready to go home..

Although Our Land is governed by the supreme law ie: Federal Constitution, and yet as days goes by, Malaysia seems lost it law, and we just stood there and watch quietly, some which were much bolder already been nab as "terrorist" yet, some of us just pretend to be alright, as Malaysian I felt sad over matters concerning our nation, sometime even lost hope with the administrator, and the sentiment created over personal interest. Seriously I looked to Honourable Mr Zaid Ibrahim, an honest man, with dignity reserve a respect over his decision to overlook the fairness of justice in this nation, man of his words, he tender his resignation when oppose the rule of party and focus of building the youth.

Youth these days are way different that it was 30-40 years back, probably because of our willingness to accept everyone to be our friend, I bet we saw a lot of inter-race marriage, and happily live together for more than few decades, and when ask proudly stated their bloodline from many different races, I look up to all this and not mentioning others as useless or merely visitor, Im also aware that when Im writing this many of you will think that Im creating a nuisance by doing all this, seriously we are the only nation that can live harmoniously and without much trouble sitting down and chat, voice up and even jokes.....

Perhaps the older generation should realise that we are happy with the things are today, and even we quarel, we are merely do it for the sake of friendship, genuinely I hope who ever will take responsibility to lead the nation, please do it with your heart, not for fame or money.

As today, I pray to god may All The ISA detainees be bless and to Raja Petra, Your effort will not be a waste, one day you will be remember as a Hero to us, all Malaysian...

Demise Of A Hero..A Malaysian Hero

Innalillah....

Samad Ismail passed away at a little before 6pm on September 4th, at the Pantai Medical Centre where he was admitted since August due to kidney ailment.

Samad, or Pak Samad as he is affectionately known, spoke up tirelessly for the issue of the times through journalism and literature. His career of 40 over years in journalism reflected a pattern of pendulum swing. His intellectual prowess made him rise rapidly to the position of editorial leadership in Berita Malai, Utusan Melayu, Berita Harian and the New Straits Times only to be penalized by both the British and the post Independence administration using the Sedition Act and the Internal Security Act for the issue he spoke up for - anti colonialism, left wing ideology and social equity. In 1976, the year he was detained under the ISA, the government also awarded him with “Pejuang Bahasa”.

In between his career highs and lows, Pak Samad received numerous accolades especially so towards his retirement. Among others he received the “Tokoh Wartawan” award from the Malaysian Press Institute in 1988 and the title “Tan Sri” in 1992 from the DYMM Yang DiPertuan Agong. In 1994 he received the Ramon Magsaysay Award for Journalism, Literature and Creative Communication Arts.

Pak Samad did not live to see the end of the Sedition Act, ISA, and other laws that are the remnant of colonialism and against the democratic system he envisioned and fought for. Despite the consequences he paid for speaking up, he remained a vocal newsman. In 1987, while Pak Samad was in his last years with the New Straits Times as Editorial Adviser, the paper took a strong stance against the Operasi Lalang despite it being a government-linked paper.

Pak Samad’s life reflected the sincerity of his vision for a better Malaysia. He was an inspiration that CIJ and WAMI would always remember and look up to.

May His Soul Rest In Peace...

It's RM9 for a pack of 20s

MALAYSIA'S leading cigarette manufacturer has raised the price of a 20-stick pack by almost 10 per cent after the government hiked taxes under Budget 2009. However, analysts expect the effect of the price increase to be offset by other budget measures to boost consumer sentiment.

Effective September 1, British American Tobacco (BAT) raised the price of its 20-stick pack Dunhillcigarettes by 80 sen to RM9.

Similarly, puffers now have to pay RM6.50 for a 14-stick pack from RM5.90 previously.
"British American Tobacco Malaysia has revised its cigarette prices as a result of the significant 20 per centexcise increase."We also take into consideration the consequent impact of sales tax, trade margins and the higher than normal inflationary impacts on our own cost base, as global tobacco, paper and fuel costs have all increased by double-digit amounts," BAT said in a statement.

Analysts expect Malaysia's two other foreign cigarette companies, JT International Bhd (JTI) and Philip Morris (M) Sdn Bhd (PMI), to raise prices by a similar quantum.
"The latest price increases (assuming JTI and PMI follow market-leader's price leadership initiative) indicate that BAT (if not all big three MNC manufacturers) is continuing to target modest earnings growth by beefing up profit margins in offsetting volume declines," Aseambankers said in a research report yesterday.

The big three foreign manufacturers have reported falling sales volume since the second half of 2004.

In the three years from 2004, BAT and JTI have seen sales volume falling by up to 10 per cent a year, due mainly to growth of illicit sales and the emergence of the extremely low-priced segment.

Sir Alex likes players with plenty of charisma in the way they play, and the Bulgarian’s languid style is instantly recognisable on the field. It’s also an approach that has drawn comparisons with former United talisman Eric Cantona. Like the captivating Frenchman, Berbatov loves to entertain with the ball at his feet. United fans are in for a real treat with the Bulgarian in a United shirt in attack alongside Wayne Rooney, Carlos Tevez, Cristiano Ronaldo et al.

Berbatov started out at Bulgarian side CSKA Sofia. He joined The Armymen aged 17, following in the footsteps of his father, Ivan, who also played for the club. After making his debut aged 18 in the 1998/99 campaign, he went on to score 14 goals in 27 league matches the following season.

Malaysia towards 51 years of Independence

This post is dedicate our beloved country "Malaysia", this unique nation have brought me up in a war free environment, low crime rate, and in peace and harmony with many other races, where since young we were brought up to face challenge and always ready to compromise with every aspect of life. Nevertheless I was proud to be a Malaysian.

The independence of Malaysia is different from much of the independence of other countries. What makes it so different? It is a peaceful independence achieved by holding talks with the British. No other country has ever done that before Malaysia. Addtionally, the Malaysian independence was realised by three people with different culture and religion. It is amazing how independence was gained that way. On the glorious day of 31 August 1957, Allahyarham Tunku Abdul Rahman proudly declared the independence of Malaya (now Malaysia) by shouting out “Merdeka” seven times at the Merdeka Stadium.

Since that day onwards, the people of Malaysia promised to renew the political, economical and social structure in order to reduce the gap among the society. It is no easy job as there are many challenges ahead. The independence became unstable when the 13 May tragedy occured, caused by racial conflicts. Fortunately, the problem was overcomed immediately, ensuring the independence is unjeopardised. Measures are taken but success comes from individuals. How one acts can affect the whole nation.

As time flies, the danger seems to have extinct, but it lurks beyond the naked eyes. Younger generations tend not to bother the importance of independence anymore, not only in Malaysia but other countries as well. This would cause them to fall prey to the superpowers. Colonization could happen economically and even socially in some parts of the world. Independence should be maintained no only externally, but also internally into the minds of the people. The effects of this agenda which may jeopardise our independence could be our lack of learning, egoism, seggregation and political struggle. If this phoenomena worsen, the independence will extinct.

Which is obviously we don't want that to happen, hopefully us as the younger generation will make the nation proud and bring back the pride.

Much anticipate 2009 budget have been announced by our "beloved" prime minister
"Pak Lah" at 3pm this afternoon, on the highlight, there is a few things is quite unpleasant
towards the minority or more specifically to the tobacco industry in Malaysia.

These are the highlights that attracted my eyes

First and foremost

"Enhancing Health Services"

* Excise duty specific on cigarettes increased by three sen from 15 sen per stick to 18 sen per stick. With this, the duty for a 20-stick pack of cigarettes is now increased by 60 sen.

it is easier to said that the new price would probably be RM8.80 per pack for branded fags, others will be around RM 6.00 to RM 8.00.

"Social Safety Net"
* Government pensioners who had served at least 25 years upon retirement, will receive a pension of not less than RM720 per month, effective Jan 1 2009.

which is probably a good news for me as my dad, is working his ass off for the goverment too
and to my dad co-worker is really benefit to all.

"Eradicating Poverty"
Households which incur monthly electricity bills of RM20 or less, will not have to pay for electricity, for the period from 1 October 2008 to end of 2009.

Let Me introduce you guys to Raja Petra Kamarudin or Pete
who runs the Malaysia Today website..

A Brief history (extracted from wikipedia.org)

Keputusan itu diambil jemaah menteri hari ini membabitkan peminjam sedia ada, peminjam yang telah tamat belajar tetapi masih belum menyelesaikan pinjaman dan semua bakal peminjam, lapor Bernama. "Pelajar baru yang memohon pinjaman sebelum sistem baru dilaksanakan, permohonan mereka akan diproses dan diluluskan mengikut kaedah sedia ada dan pelarasan akan dibuat kemudian apabila sistem baru siap dibangunkan menjelang Disember tahun ini," beliau dipetik sebagai berkata. Peminjam yang tidak pernah membayar dikenakan kadar caj lama bersama denda sebanyak satu peratus. Bagaimanapun baki jumlah pinjaman selepas 1 Jun sahaja layak mendapat kadar caj yang baru, tambah Mohamed Khaled. PTPTN sebelum ini mengenakan caj tiga peratus bagi penuntut peringkat siswazah, manakala lima peratus kepada pasca siswazah Menurut agensi berita itu lagi, menteri itu berkata surat perjanjian baru akan diedarkan kepada peminjam sedia ada dan yang telah tamat belajar menjelang tahun depan. Peminjam diberi tempoh sebulan untuk melengkapkan dokumen baru itu dan mengembalikannya semula kepada PTPTN. "Peminjam perlu menjawab surat tawaran itu sama ada setuju atau tidak, ini perlu kerana ia melibatkan perjanjian, mereka (peminjam) tidak boleh anggap bila kita umum ia akan berubah kerana ini ada perjanjian. "Kalau peminjam tidak memberikan sebarang jawapan, kadar caj yang lama akan tetap dikenakan," katanya. Mohamed Khaled menambah, caj rendah itu diharapkan dapat memudahkan usaha peminjam membuat bayaran balik. Kira-kira 1.04 juta pelajar siswazah (diploma dan sarjana muda) dan bagi 2,473 orang pula pasca siswazah (sarjana dan doktor falsafah) bergantung pada PTPTN.

Melaka Baru, is our grown up place where most of our precious time spend

at the top level quality in this place.

Today I will introduce you guys to Restoran Nor Ghafar or commonly known as
Mydin 24hours besides PC world Melaka Baru.

It offer us variety of local Mamak Stall delicacy and also best of all is
his friendliness of his worker, me and few of my friends have spend our
4 to 5 yrs here, and although always the business come an end a new owner will
come and replace the empty shop with a better services.
The shop have changed its name for few time, the most distinguished name is "Barrath" and now "Mydin" (its not the shop name but the owner name)
Approximately he have taken the shop over for 1 years and it doing well with our present every night mostly without miss you will see us around.

What is the definition of a friend? Who are your true friends? If ALL your friends left you at lunch without telling you, how would you feel, what would you do? How do you figure out wheather this is a real friend or not?

You cut a deep question

Do we come into this plane with some souls who are our friends, some enemies, but most indifferent? And what is a friend. Is it a give and take relationship or do some people always expect YOU as a friend to be giving, and they, always taking.

What amazes me, just today, is how in general self absorbed and zenophobic people are. I tried to be friendly with a number of strangers today who were standing beside me waiting to deliver packages at Staples for UPS. No response from most, eyes cast down, no comments, just a very self absorbed indifference to another human being, ME. I could easily see how while even in a crowd a person could truly be alone.

They will be happy about your victories and will share your sorrows. A freind is a person who you ultimately need, whether you realize it or not. One is lucky to have a true friend, one that is hard to find though he/she is always close: themselves. A seond true friend is very hard to find, almost imposible. some people live with only one friend (the one I mentioned first), some live with none, lucky ones live with two. I got lucky, I happened to find a bunch of friends. knit together as a team..and go through all shits together..not forget the fun..thanks guys...

Other Tips

Use flashcards.
Use visual cues, such as drawing diagrams and putting them up on the wall, even if you’ve just copied the picture from a book or something. Your own copying down of the diagrams will help you retain more info than using the book alone.

MY TIPS

Get hold of past exams to get a feel of what’s required and to see how well you can cope with previous question papers.
Find sources that ’speak’ to you. Two books with exactly the same information may be written in differing styles. One may work for you, while the other is rubbish. Don’t give up on a subject just because you find a book difficult to read. See if another book does speak to you better.
Read the same points in different sources - As I said, the same information can be written down in many places. Cement that knowledge in your head by reading your own notes, several different books on the same subject, companion websites, and so on.

Adat

Customary law of the indigenous people of Malaysia – The Malay
Unwritten, traditional code of conduct that governing all aspect of life
Adat Perpatih – matrilineal kinship system; democratic; originated from Minangkabau Indonesia, practiced in Naning, Melaka and Negri Sembilan; Initiated by one of the brothers called Parapatih Nan Sebatang; less severe punishment for criminal offences.
Adat Temenggung – patrilineal kinship system; autocratic; and practice more severe punishment for criminal offences; initiated by the other brother called Kei Tamangungan.

India

Come from from the indianized kingdom from 1^st to 13^th century eg: Funan, Sri Vijaya and Majapahit.
Spread to Melaka in the 14^th century and affected political and social institution

Islam

Came to Malay Pennisular by 14^th century, As Parameswara the Palembang Prince who founded Melaka married a Muslim Princess from Pasai and change his name to Iskandar Shah.
Rise of Islam mark the end of Hindu Buddhist influence.
Replaced Devaraja system to the Khalifah system
Beginning of changing the Malay custom to accord with syariah law.
Earliest artifact can be found on Undang-undang Melaka, subsequently Pahang Digest and Johore Digest.
After the British arrived, Muslim Law is limited to personal law. Due to inconsistency of the administration of personal law, 1^st Mohamaden Marriage Ordinance were passed.
In the Federated Malay state, Perak is the pioneer of the producing Islamic legislation
In 1909 the establishment of Federal Council in the Federated State confined the ruler power to Islam and Malay Custom.
Islamic law is modified to accord with Malay Adat – Provision of Selangor Admin of Muslim Law Enactment 1952.

China

Originated from the teaching of Confucius.
Malaysia Chinese Law is different from the version practice in China.
Came to Malaysia as early as the Malacca Sultanate era. Significantly increase in the mid 19^th century.
British colonial policy to leave the Chinese affairs to themselves – practice custom tradition on succession and family matters; In commercial matters enforce their own code without referring to Civil Court.
Chinese Association, Clans, Trade Guild, and even Secret Societies were formed to look over the Chinese welfare & interest.
1893 – Perak introduced order in council on recognition of Chinese Law s and custom relates to marriage, adoption and inheritance.
The order of council is supported by the FMS secretary.
As British became more established, it started to execute greater control over the process that control by the Chinese.
Controlled by Chinese head man or “Kapitan”.
Although the law of polygamous in China were abolished for many years, but still it applies in Malaysia until the law reform on Marriage & Divorce Act 1976.

England

The British period began with occupation of Penang in 1786 followed by Singapore in 1819 and Malacca 1824 through treaties.
English Law was 1^st introduce in Penang through 1^st Charter Of Justice in 1807 by King George III.
The Charter established Court Of Judicature.
In 1826 Penang, Singapore is incorporated into The Straits Settlement. The same year Court Of Judicature of Prince Of Wales Island, Singapore and Melaka is established granted by King George IV.
In 1808 British took control over Perak, Selangor, Pahang and Negri Sembilan through a series of treaties and set up a system called “Residential System”.
In 1985 this four states were brought together and formed Federated Malay States.
Johore, Kelantan, Terengganu and Kedah was left out from the Federation and called the Unfederated Malay States.
The Statutory of English Law were introduced to both Federated Malay States & Unfederated Malay States through the English Law Enactment 1937 & English Law Ordinance(Extension) 1951.
The Unfederated Malay States were later join the Federated Malay States to form the Federation Of Malaya in the year of 1948.
Both Enactments were later replaced by Civil Law Ordinance 1956, which applied to whole 11 States of The Federation.
When Malaysia was established in 1963, it became necessary to harmonise the Law with Sabah and Sarawak therefore the Civil Law Ordinance is supercedded by the Civil Law Act 1956 (revised 1972).

As for today onwards..I will start publishing some of the significant development of law in my blog..this is done on priority basis and important development..so that you guys can know can know what is really going on in Malaysia..

Manchester United away kit 2008-09

Reigning English and European champions Manchester United will be defending their titles in a new white kit for the 2008/09 English Premier League season.

The crisp white shirt featuring a blue and red collar is matched with blue shorts and white socks and looks world's apart from last season's all black away kit although which one looks better is debatable.

The Red Devils will wear the new kit for the first time for the opening two games of the club's pre-season trip to South Africa. United will take on the Kaizer Chiefs in Cape Town on July 19 and the Orlando Pirates in Durban on July 22.

The 2008/09 away kit will be officially launched on July 18 with pre-orders available now.

Footballer Wayne Rooney married his childhood sweetheart Coleen McLoughlin today in a lavish ceremony on the Italian Riviera.

The couple exchanged vows in a 20 minute ceremony at 10.30am local time at the Villa Durazzo, a 17th-century palace in the Mediterranean resort of Santa Margherita Ligure.

The town's deputy mayor, Gianni Costa, who performed the ceremony in Italian, said there were about a dozen family members present as well as a translator for the bride and groom and their two witnesses, who were both family members.

"They did not exchange rings maybe because they are saving that for a religious ceremony," Costa said.

The deputy mayor said he was impressed by the bride's long white dress, which he described as having pearls sewn into it.

"She had her hair loose and her dress was really beautiful," he said.

Asked whether the dress was made of silk, Costa replied: "I wouldn't know, I'm not a tailor, I'm actually an accountant."

Rooney, he said, looked "sporty but elegant", dressed in a nut brown suit, a brown shirt, a Prada belt, but no tie.

Cars were seen leaving the venue at 11.05am after photos had been taken. The couple were reported to be heading to Cervara, a former gothic abbey above Portofino with commanding views of the sea, for the wedding reception.

Other reports suggested that three yachts were waiting offshore as an alternative venue for the celebrations, although rainy, overcast weather may have ruled that out.

Details of the wedding, which was rumoured to have cost £5m, have been kept secret after a reported £2.5m deal with OK! Magazine.

Guests were asked not to buy presents but to make donations to a children's hospital. Each guest was given a box containing a butterfly to release at the wedding.

The 22-year-olds were childhood sweethearts and McLoughlin was said to have brushed off the England footballer's pleas for a date for a couple of years before finally caving in.

Suited security guards, many thought to be ex-servicemen, have been patrolling the venues for days, chasing away paparazzi desperate to snatch a picture of the bride in her Marchesa wedding gown. The dress is rumoured to have cost up to £200,000.

The couple were snapped at the local town hall on Tuesday, where they formally declared their intention to wed, as required by Italian law.

Rooney and McLoughlin's wedding will be a far more glamorous affair than his proposal almost five years ago.

The footballer popped the question in a BP garage forecourt, and after McLoughlin said yes they went back to her mother's house to celebrate with a dinner of corned beef hash, sausage and beans.

The couple, who live in a multi-million pound Cheshire mansion with a swimming pool and gym, are said to be worth £35m.

William Hill is offering odds of 5/1 that the marriage will last five years or less.

Here's how it goes:

A student ask a teacher,

"what is love?"

The teacher said, "in order to answer your question, go to the padi
field and choose the biggest padi and come back. But the rule is: you can
go through them only once and cannot turn back to pick."

The student went to the field, go thru first row, he saw one big
padi,but he wonders....may be there is a bigger one later. Then he saw
another bigger one... but may be there is a even bigger one waiting for
him.

Later, when he finished more than half of the padi field, he start to
realise that the padi is not as big as the previous one he saw, he
know he has missed the biggest one, and he regreted !!!! So, he
ended up went back to the teacher with empty hand.

The teacher told him, "...this is love... you keep looking for a
better one, but when later you realise, you have already miss the
person...."

"What is marriage then?" the student asked.
The teacher said, "in order to answer your question, go to the corn

to the corn field, this time he is careful not to repeat the previous
mistake, when he reach the middle of the field, he has picked one medium
corn that he feel satisfy, and come back to the teacher.

The teacher told him, "this time you bring back a corn.... you look
for one that is just nice, and you have faith and believe this is the best
one you get.... this is marriage."

Thai Amulets Fever...

I was called by my Muay Thai Master Sis to come over to their place
evening yesterday, due to transportation problem,
the meeting is schedule early last night shift to mid night,
my Master who just came back from Wat Maha Tat after finished his
monkhood for 2 weeks bring each of us an amulets
cost Malaysian ringgit RM 109.

I also found the exact amulets from the Thai Amulets site,
and it called -

Nine sacred ceremonies

These highly desirable amulets have passed through a series of nine seperate consecration ceremonies as follows:

1.September 5th, B.E.2549, at Chattun Cave of Wat Khao-Or, a ceremony to create the sacred powder called "Vasana Maha Jindamani."

2. September 6th, B.E.2549, at Wat Phra Mahatat, the ceremony to ask for the permission
of Tao Jatukam and Tao Ramthep, the two sacred Kings,
to create the sacred amulets (it was believed by some people that without this
ceremony the Jatukam Ramthep amulets may not be sacred).

3. September 8th, B.E.2549, at Phra Rahu Mountain of Suratthani province
a ceremony to ask for the permission of Phra Rahu to create the sacred amulets.

4. September 10th, B.E.2549, at Pungpakarn Buddhist Building, a ceremony to ask for the permission of Phra Bhodisat Punpakarn to create the sacred amulets.

5. October 1st, B.E.2549, at the sacred chedi of Wat Phra Mahatat,
a ceremony in which gold was poured into the mould.

6. November 5th, B.E.2549, at Chattun Cave of Wat Khao-Or,
a ceremony to recite the sacred Buddhist spells and incantations.

7. November 12th, B.E.2549, in the deep sea of Chumporn province,
a ceremony in which all sacred life from the sea was worshipped.

8.November 19th, B.E.2549, at the City Pillar Hall of Nakorn Si Thamarat province,
a ceremony to worship the sacred City Pillar.

9. November 26th, B.E.2549, at Wat Pra Mahatat of Nakon Si Thamarat province ,
blessing of the amulets.

These amulets are the much rarer 24K gold plated enamelled batch and are highly sought after. Absolutely genuine. Supplied with original temple case and a solid silver custom made reliquary.

The objective in the creation of this amulet was to raise funds for the re-construction and renovation of the Buddhist activity centre at Wat Khao-Or.

Some minor clean up after post celebration at Ipoh white coffee 25th May 2008.

The birthday celebration went well and everyone have fun.. The birthday was planned by the birthday boy himself prior to his birthday, booked 3 table infront of DJ Stage in Pure Bar
cost him 4 Bottles of Liquor and few buckets of Beers, additional Bottles and Buckets come
later when everyone feel thirsty after some dance move displayed.
Aaron as usual being himself entertained almost everyone in Pure and really
make the crowd cheering. Some of our friends can't even walk straight after some desert
( lambo shit)
and eventually everyone make it home SAFE.
After the party we bounce to Yong Peng for Supper at 3 am. The fun we had is really can't be replace by phrases.
Although some hiccups news apprently hit the birthday boy, he overcome it well and manage to turn the bad to good and realise it sooner.

The post celebration being held at Ipoh White Coffee the next day and video will be upload on the next entry.

mishaps or hazard??

All the picture below is the picture of my friend who suffered from 2008 mishaps phenomenon
what i can conclude here is, driving without cautious mind will lead to something nasty.
Although no major injury happens when all these happens, total cash that put into and time is really taking toll of the owner of these vehicles.
Therefore:-
"Don't drink and drive, Just Smoke N Fly"

Happens two days ago when aaron(the owner of below powered and going to be GSR-RS turbo Satria) making a turn into Melaka Baru and the bike above is someone who fail to break and skid to justify the situation is driving too fast, but how fast could he be??? 4 strokes bike the most i think 80-100..nah... nvm not us to question but logically the rider driving skill is sucks and cannot be a "rempit".

These accident happens around January just before CNY...Our friend Mr Donny Lee (Proud owner of Myvi which now have a 10" woofer) trying to make a stunt infront of Bintang Super Market to promote it...(joking) actually it happens when donny trying to overtake a car and was skided to the other side of the road and trying to make an attempt to come back when everything seems to late. Approximate car involve in this accident is 4 include Kancil below driven by an uncle who later claim to have heart condition.

This is my friend baby call WR-13hundred who accident scene will be a bit unreliable, cause I believe that the car owner have also no clue why his car is happen to be in this workshop the next morning when we go n see it.. It happens after a Christmas party late last year.

Top is my friend Kah Wai adopted sister car, which been bang by a lorry,
to the road side after a misunderstand between both driver, at the time the car is driven by kah wai and shits happen, after he saw this entry he sent me his ugly pic for me to upload..
anyway for friend sake i couldn't say no..

There is no casualty involve in all 3 accidents above, but i hope u guys learn something from it..

p/s: fuel price hike will creat a chaos in Malaysia, pls be prepared with anti tear gas mask and own water pistol...lol..(just for laugh)

Manchester United celebrates DOUBLES...

I have never blog anything about my favourite football club ie: Manchester United... The atmosphere of the European Champions League were tremendously electrifying. The game was lasted for 3 and half hours and the best team win. I was in the state of extremely happy when i saw they carried the most prestigious cup in Europe and hope they will repeat it next year.. well done Man Utd.

i jus got my instinct to blog today...is not about politic..probably you guys have the same thought too..cause we just spent to much time on it when we are suppose to have other conversation...clearly we malaysian are aware of what happening around us and made a change for ourself im not bragging how the opposition can bring changes to us..but just give them a chance to prove their word and let the leader knows how what he had done to us...clearly malaysian need a change although this change will make most of us look stupid. however the politic scene in malaysia is ultimately contaminated with bribery and too much of media censorship, therefore i urge that malaysian press could change their way of writing and voice out and futhermore produce truth for us Malaysian.

i start to wonder if 1 day i could leave this land and find my way in other states, which may be good for me, i need more transparency in life...secret makes me hate the society here... too many things are taboo and this will probably seize the chance for malaysian to be more bold to conduct. everything we heard everyday is full of lies..beneath every secret there is always truth not so far from it..

i have spent my weeks in cyber with dear, really miss her much... seriously i start to think i mistreated her for so many reason she needs better me... bubbly her i could say... she inspire me in many ways... spend 6 yrs of my life already make me feel we probably will live together forever... promises were made and i will stick to it just to prove my love to her...

Things that demanded for the election from the nominess who are about to hold the title YB for the next 5 years during the conference, which participated by the Youth for Change (Y4C) bersama dengan Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall Youth Section, Pusat Jana daya (EMPOWER) Solidariti Mahasiswa Malaysia (SMM) dan National Young Lawyers Committee (NYLC) from all around Malaysia.. kudos...

I. POLITIK

1. Melaksanakan sistem pendaftaran automatik bagi pengundi baru yang melepasi tahap umur pemilih;
2. Usia layak mengundi diturunkan kepada 18 tahun;
3. Mempermudahkan mekanisme pertukaran alamat pengundi dan melaksanakannya tanpa pilih kasih dan prejudis;
4. Mencontohi negara-negara Kesatuan Eropah (EU) yang mewujudkan Parlimen Belia (Youth Parliament) bagi menggalakkan peryertaan generasi muda dalam proses penggubalan keputusan (decision making process) di peringkat nasional;
5. Menyeru parti-parti politik supaya menyediakan lebih ramai calon pilihanraya daripada kalangan belia;
6. Menghapuskan peruntukan-peruntukan dalam Akta Universiti dan Kolej Universiti (AUKU) yang menyekat belia daripada melibatkan diri dalam politik;
7. Kerajaan perlu memperuntukkan sokongan kewangan tanpa prejudis dan diskriminasi untuk persatuan-persatuan belia mengadakan aktiviti yang memberi manfaat kepada masyarakat dan negara;
8. Mengkaji dengan lebih teliti implikasi-implikasi Akta Pertubuhan Belia dan Pembangunan Belia 2008 terhadap persatuan-persatuan belia dan memastikan perlaksanaannya dilaksanakan secara konsisten dan tidak prejudis;
9. Memberi peluang dan akses untuk melatih pemimpin belia dari kalangan wanita dan golongan terpinggir di dalam setiap lapisan struktur penggubalan keputusan (decision making);
10. Membentuk kerjasama di antara ahli akademik dan jaringan masyarakat sivil untuk mengupas dan membahaskan isu belia dan kesaksamaan gender di peringkat nasional dan antarabangsa;
11. Memupuk nilai sejagat seperti hak asasi manusia dan kesaksamaan gender di dalam program bagi golongan muda seperti Rakan Muda dan Khidmat Negara;
12. Memperkenalkan mata pelajaran yang berkaitan politik di peringkat sekolah menengah dan institusi pengajian tinggi;

II. EKONOMI

1. Mewujudkan dasar ekonomi dan sistem pengagihan kekayaan negara yang berdasarkan meritokrasi dan keperluan tanpa mengira kaum, agama, jantina dan umur;
2. Memaksimumkan penyertaan belia dalam penggubalan dasar ekonomi melalui platform yang bebas, adil, integriti dan mewakili golongan belia. Melibatkan belia sebagai sebahagian daripada penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi oleh mereka, bukannya sekadar penerima dan pengguna sahaja;
3. Membantu belia dengan membekalkan latihan, sokongan kewangan dan prasarana-prasarana lain dengan matlamat untuk melatih belia supaya berdikari, professional, beretika dan dinamik dalam penyertaan aktiviti ekonomi, tanpa mengira kaum, jantina and agama;
4. Semua keperluan dan kepentingan awam perlu menjadi tanggungjawab kerajaan dan bukan diswastakan;
5. Para pekerja haruslah dibenarkan menubuhkan kesatuan di peringkat kebangsaan untuk memastikan hak-hak pekerja terjamin.
6. Mengkaji-selidik faktor-faktor pengangguran golongan belia dan seterusnya mencadangkan langkah-langkah konkrit untuk mengatasinya;
7. Minat dan kemahiran keusahawanan perlu dipupuk dan didedahkan di kalangan belia melalui siri latihan terutamanya mahasiswa yang baru tamat pengajian. Generasi muda juga perlu disediakan lebih banyak sokongan kewangan untuk memulakan perniagaan;
8. Kesemua amalan dan unsur yang menghina dan mengeksploitasikan wanita perlu dipantau dan dititikberatkan;
9. Kerajaan perlu mengkaji trend belia berhijrah dan bekerja di luar negara serta memastikan persekitaran bekerja yang lebih baik.

III. PENDIDIKAN

1. Melaksanakan dasar dan polisi pendidikan yang bebas dan adil, bermula dari peringkat rendah, menengah sehinggalah di institusi pengajian tinggi;
2. Bidang pendidikan seharusnya bebas daripada campur tangan politik;
3. Dasar pendidikan hendaklah konsisten dan tidak terlalu kerap dipinda;
4. Memperuntukkan kebebasan akademik yang secukupnya kepada seluruh warga pendidik dan juga pelajar dalam menyatakan pandangan dan melaksanakan aktivisma mereka. Ini termasuklah menghapuskan peruntukan Akta Universiti dan Kolej Universiti (AUKU);
5. Menyalurkan sebarang bantuan, subsidi serta kemudahan dan prasarana pendidikan kepada sekolah dan institusi pengajian tinggi tanpa sebarang prejudis dan pilih kasih;
6. Mengkaji semula dasar pendidikan negara yang terlalu berorientasikan peperiksaan semata-mata. Aspek-aspek sahsiah dan ko kurikulum seharusnya juga dinilai bagi mengukur prestasi seseorang pelajar;
7. Suatu kurikulum atau sistem pendidikan yang khas dilaksanakan khusus untuk masyarakat luar bandar dan pedalaman, disertai dengan langkah-langkah memperkasakan kepakaran perguruan dan infrastruktur pendidikan di kawasan-kawasan tersebut;
8. Mengkaji dan membuat tinjauan terhadap implikasi pengkorporatan institut pengajian tinggi awam (IPTA) / institut pengajian tinggi swasta (IPTS) dan seterusnya mencari penyelesaian masalahnya demi meningkatkan prestasi serta kualiti pendidikan di IPTA/IPTS;
9. Menganjurkan kursus pendidikan seks di dalam sekolah supaya memupuk pengetahuan hubungan yang sihat dan saling menghormati di antara lelaki dan perempuan. Di samping itu, kesedaran terhadap kesaksamaan gender perlu dipupuk di kalangan belia;
10. Menyedia dan memperbanyakkan Institusi pendidikan khas secara percuma untuk golongan kurang upaya harus disediakan dan senang diakses oleh golongan tersebut;
11. Menghapuskan surat ¡°Aku Janji¡± yang mengkongkong kebebasan mahasiswa dan mahasiswi serta pensyarah-pensyarah atau staf di institusi pengajian tinggi.

IV. SOCIO-BUDAYA

1. Sekolah sebagai platform membina kesatuan dan mengeratkan hubungan antara kaum di Malaysia. Untuk menggalakkan persefahaman kaum, silibus pendidikan perlu disemak semula dan memasukkan aspek penghayatan terhadap kepelbagaian budaya dan agama supaya difahami oleh para pelajar ke arah menghargai kepelbagaian yang wujud dalam masyarakat;
2. Akitiviti-aktiviti luar kurikulum dan projek-projek luar bilik darjah yang bersifat silang budaya (inter-cultural) juga patut digalakkan.
3. Menggalakkan penguasaan multi-lingual (Bahasa Melayu, Inggeris dan tambahan samada Mandarin/Tamil/Arab) di kalangan para pelajar di peringkat sekolah sehingga ke peringkat universiti.
4. Sistem pendidikan juga perlu memberikan penekanan terhadap aspek-aspek sains sosial seperti pengajian sejarah, kebudayaan, ketatanegaraan selain daripada penekanan terhadap sains gunaanuntuk melahirkan generasi muda yang bukan sahaja berteknologi tetapi juga berbudaya dan bermaklumat.
5. Sistem pendidikan perlu mendorong para belia supaya menjadi ¡°all-rounder¡± supaya mereka berkemampuan dari pelbagai segi dan berupaya memikir secara berdikari dan kritikal.
6. Program Latihan Khidmat Negara(PLKN) dan Rakan Muda perlu disemak pengisian, masa dan kaedah perlaksanaan serta prasarananya supaya aspek perpaduan, jatidiri dan kebudayaan dapat diterapkan secara lebih efektif di kalangan peserta;
7. Memansuhkan syarat yang mewajibkan para remaja menyertai PLKN dan mendakwa pelajar tersebut sekiranya enggan menyertai program tersebut. Penyertaan ini mestilah secara sukarela;
8. Memansuhkan akta-akta yang menyekat hak rakyat untuk bersuara dan memberikan pandangan dalam isu-isu yang membabitkan kepentingan rakyat;
9. Menggalakkan dialog peradaban dan agama bagi mengukuhkan perpaduan nasional melalui pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap nilai-nilai pegangan setiap bangsa dan agama;
10. Malaysia seharusnya menandatangani International Convention on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) dan International Convention on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights (ICESCR) agar hak rakyat dapat dijamin;
11. Menghapuskan sebarang polisi dan amalan yang berasaskan kaum bagi mengelakkan jurang antara kaum semakin melebar.

V. ALAM SEKITAR

1. Kerjasama rapat di pelbagai pihak termasuk agensi kerajaan, badan bukan kerajaan dan individu dalam memastikan ekosistem dapat dijaga terutamanya dalam mengekalkan zon kawasan hijau termasuk hutan simpan rekreasi, kawasan paya serta kawasan marin di negara kita.
2. Mengadakan kempen-kempen kesedaran secara lebih agresif bagi menarik lebih ramai lagi anak muda mencintai alam sekitar dan menjadi aktivis alam sekitar.
3. Menggubal dan menguatkuasa undang-undang serta akta-akta yang berkaitan dengan alam sekitar seperti akta perhutanan untuk memastikan kemapanan alam sekitar dan memastikan kesinambungan sumber alam sekitar untuk generasi depan;
4. Memberi perhatian untuk golongan orang asli atau komuniti yang bergantung kepada sumber alam sekitar terutamanya melibatkan penyertaan mereka serta mengadakan konsultasi penuh sebelum pembangunan dijalankan;

since when valentine day have been significant with teddies...flowers will dry but teddy never dies.. plan to get her a teddy since she said i never bought her any soft toys...went to the memory lane and choose 1 nice teddy but end up the teddy was kind of rotten in a sense that the fur keep on flew off it skins when u start caressing it...such a heartbreak...however...we decide to go back and replace it with a nicer and no balding teddy...
